Sign of the Times
CNN has an article about some author who hates Valentine's Day and thinks a cat is better than a man. Good grief. Do we need any more world-weary poses from the cynical? I am all for sarcasm and vicious humor. But this false sense of skeptical wisdom is pathetic.
What the hell is wrong with our generation? We need a little less whining and a little more Tom Wolfe style embracing of this hog-stomping baroque life in the best damn country ever.

She's a brit author...what would you expect? Those chicks haven't trusted dudes since ol 'enry the eighth replaced the Catholic church with public wife beheadings.
