Words fail him....

Our Senators are visiting Iraq. Senators McCain and Clinton are leading the delegation. This is all well and good. Regardless of what they thought, or think of the war, they should get some first hand knowledge about what our troops are dealing with.

But what is Sen. Russ Feingold going to say to the Iraqis? What do you say to a recently liberated people when you voted against liberating them?

“Glad you’re free. Sorry I did everything I could to keep a murderous tyrant in Baghdad. My bad.”
